Sales Particulars

Your property will benefit from accurate well-presented colour sales particulars with internal photographs and floor plans to highlight its best features, copies of which will be sent to you for your approval. In our offices we have the ability to display your home with large photographs in our front window and internally in our self-selection area giving excellent coverage to the maximum number of buyers.

Mailing and Telesales

When instructions are received we will telephone every suitable applicant immediately to introduce your property to the market. This will then be backed up by sending sales particulars through the post and e-mail once details have been confirmed as accurate by yourselves. As well as this we will also advertise your property in our weekly mail shot, this goes out to every proceedable person on our mailing list, a copy of which can be found in your vendor pack to show the high standard of marketing we offer.

Weekly Property Publication

Every registered potential buyer (average 400+) is sent a copy of our weekly property publication where your property will be displayed with a photo and description. We do this to ensure that everyone is aware of your home every week. We also have a property of the week which has a main photo and two internal photos as well as a full description which we usually use for new distinctive or unique properties and properties which have had a substantial price reduction.
