Fee Charging
You choose either No fee and we will get paid commission by the lender or a fee of 3% of the mortgage amount payable upon completion. We will refund any commission received from the lender. For example if the mortgage is £100,000 we will charge a fee of £3,000 but will refund any commission received by the lender.
